Build Concept
The owner wanted a highly recognizable White Warrior Tank 500. The design removes most factory chrome parts and creates a striking black-and-white appearance. A 2.5-inch suspension lift improves ground clearance, paired with large-capacity auxiliary fuel tank for extended range. This build focuses on both visual style and all-terrain capability for long trips, without extreme portal axle modification.
Structural components are cast from Q235 carbon steel. It keeps relatively light weight while maintaining strong load-bearing capacity, impact resistance and reliability under rough road conditions.
