This custom off-road vehicle is newly finished and delivered. The owner is a weekend off-road enthusiast, drives to work daily and explores rocky forest trails in spare time, and does not attempt extreme rock crawling.
Owner’s core requirements
1. Daily commuting priority, with weekend rocky forest trail trips
2. Reject heavy modification parts, avoid big rise of fuel consumption
3. Strengthen underbody protection and optimize suspension damping
4. Modifications are reversible as much as possible to ease inspection worries
Build Parts Selection
– Upgrade adjustable shock absorbers to boost support on bumpy forest trails, no large body lift
– AT all-terrain tires, quiet on highway and reliable grip on rocky roads
– Lightweight underbody skid plates to protect oil pan and gearbox from rock impact
– Simple front bumper for protection while limiting extra front-end weight
– Separate wiring harness for auxiliary lights with full waterproofing to avoid interfering factory electronics
Construction & Delivery
We protect original vehicle pipelines during installation. After assembly, wheel alignment and road test are completed, we test ABS and electronic stability system to ensure no fault codes.
We remind the owner before delivery: adjust tire pressure before trail trips, check skid plate damage and chassis fasteners after off-road.
Modification does not need to be overly complicated. Lightweight, sufficient and reliable setup matching weekend light off-roading is the best choice.
